Originally known as Chittar Palace during its construction, Umaid Bhawan Palace was built using stones sourced from Chittar Hill. Designed by the renowned British architect HV Lanchester, the palace took 16 years to complete.

4. Moti Mahal

5. Sheesh Mahal

7. Chamunda Mataji Temple
Chamunda Mataji, the favored deity of Rao Jodha, was brought to Mehrangarh Fort as an idol, leading to the fort being transformed into a place of worship. Since then, the villagers have revered Chamunda Mata. Even today, the goddess continues to be the Isht Devi (patron deity) of the Maharajas and the royal family.
8. Ranisar Padamsar Lakes
Constructed in 1459, the Ranisar and Padmasar lakes are located near Fateh Pole in Mehrangarh and are adjacent to each other. Ranisar Lake was commissioned by Queen Jasmade Hadi, wife of Rao Jodha, while Padmasar Lake was ordered by Queen Padmini of Rao Ganga, daughter of Rana Sanga of Mewar.
9. Jodhpur Government Museum
Located in Umaid Garden, the Jodhpur Government Museum showcases a wide range of antiques, including armory, textiles, local arts and crafts, miniature paintings, portraits of rulers, manuscripts, and depictions of Jain Tirthankaras. 10. Jaswant Thada
Jaswant Thada, the stunning milky-white memorial, is a renowned tourist attraction. Built at the end of the 19th century, it was erected in honor of Jaswant Singh, the ruler of Jodhpur. Located near the Sadar Bazaar, this iconic tower was designed and built by Shri Sardar Singh Ji of Jodhpur. 12. Mahamandir Temple

13. Mandaleshwar Mahadev
Built by Mandal Nath in AD 923, the Mandaleshwar Mahadev temple is considered one of the city’s oldest shrines. The temple’s walls are beautifully adorned with intricate artwork depicting Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
14. Sardar Samand Lake and Palace
Built in 1933 by Maharaja Umaid Singh, the Sardar Samand Lake Palace sits gracefully on the banks of Sardar Samand Lake.
